Robustness, versatility and efficiency are only some of the characteristics of the semi-automatic stripper machines in the SFL series, suitable for removing and cutting long pasta to the required length.
The sturdy machine frame can be made out of painted carbon steel or in AISI 304 stainless steel; obviously all of the parts in contact with the product are made out of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Available for 600, 1200 and 1500 mm sticks, both with a square end as well as with a “Z” shaped end.
Input stick magazine with manual loading, synchronised with the stick feed system and removal.
The removed spaghetti sticks are deposited on a cogged belt, levelled by a pneumatic device and then sent to the cutting unit with circular saws, which cut the pasta to the required length.
The spaghetti are discharged to a manual recovery hopper or sent automatically to packaging.
The electric control and automation panel was realised with a Siemens PLC.
