Vibrating channels

Continuous and smooth arrangement or conveyance of loose or packaged products is very often essential to ensure the proper operation and optimise the efficiency of process or packaging machines, in order to reduce heaping, homogeneously arranging the product and ensuring a smooth flow.
Building on its multi-year experience, PRO-TECH ITALIA has developed a wide range of vibratory conveyors suitable for multiple applications in the food industry.
The CAV and DIVRA series vibratory conveyors may be used for a wide range of applications: loading of pasteurisers, supply of products to bucket conveyors, arrangement on mats, product reception at 90° and in-line distribution, product arrangement on frames, supply of products to packaging machines etc…. for
the handling in general of products like: short-cut pasta, pasta nests, special pastas, candies, chocolates, snacks, breakfast cereals, dried fruit, legumes, pet-food.
Available in multiple widths and lengths, with high capacities, thanks to the Aisi 304 stainless steel conveyor channel, perfectly smooth inside, the CAV and DIVRA series vibratory conveyors are highly hygienic and allow perfect sanitisation, as there are no areas where products may stagnate inside the channel; in addition, they require no maintenance.
The conveyance system consists of appropriately sized eccentric mass vibration motors, secured to a strong frame, equipped with a built-in inclination and position adjustment system, ensuring that vibration is perfectly uniform over the whole channel length.
The channel suspension system consists of elastics supports, suitably sized to optimise the operation of the eccentric mass vibration motors and minimise the vibrations transmitted to the floor.
The CAV and DIVRA series vibrating conveyors can be supplied with an Aisi 304 stainless steel or painted iron structure; the conveyor channel is always made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The DE series electromagnetic vibratory conveyors are used for continuous and smooth arrangement or conveyance of loose or packaged products; they may be used for a wide range of applications: unloading of accumulation hoppers, emptying of big bags, supply of products to weighing scales, dosing, supply of products to bucket conveyors etc.... For the handling in general of products like: short-cut pasta, candies, chocolates, snacks, breakfast cereals, dried fruit, legumes,  pet-food.
Available in lengths of up to 750 mm and widths of up to 300 mm, thanks to the perfectly smooth stainless steel conveyor channel, the DE series vibratory conveyors are highly hygienic and allow perfect sanitisation, as there are no areas where products may stagnate inside the channel; in addition, they require basically no maintenance.
The conveyance system consists of an electromagnet located under the channel, secured to a heavy cast iron base.
An electronic board allows to easily adjust the vibration intensity, in order to get the desired capacity
